Does anyone know how far in advance you can book The Exchange on Marella Voyager? Is it worth the extra?

Will be on Britannia in January and wondered if anyone has taken the ferry to Bequia from St Vincent independently. Are the ferries reliable is my real concern?

We are going to Caribbean with Britannia in January. Have been to St Vincent before and wondered if anyone has got the ferry to Bequia independently. The P&O excursion seems expensive for basically getting you on and off the ferry. Thanks.
