I called and the answering machine message is agency is closed. It did not give a time frame of if or when will reopen.

Spoke to a former employee who said all agents were laid off with no return date. I left a message and did not receive a response. 

I want to cancel a cruise scheduled for October 2020 but travel agent office is closed. How do I cancel when the cruise was through a closed travel agency.

On my last cruise the milkshakes were free at Johnny Rockets. Can’t find it in the deluxe drink package now. Was it just a failed promotion or is it still in effect. If still in effect is it on all ships. Last post I could find seems royal was unclear on the status. Thanks

There was a time, not too long ago, that I wasn't permitted to wear a sleeveless shirt (not a tank top) in the MDR for breakfast. Not sure if that rule was changed along with the new rules. Had to go put on a t-shirt. Of course, the ladies were wearing all sorts of things more revealing, but no sleeveless for men.

This also happened to me on January cruise
