TA was very helpful in arranging a rental scooter for Western Caribbean and Alaska cruises. However, she had no luck finding one for two-week out of London/Dover in mid July. Anyone have information about renting scooters in the UK?

I'm hoping someone in the UK (London or Dover area) can help me find some information on renting a scooter for an up-coming two-week cruise on Princess. We have two other cruises booked, both beginning in the US, and we were able to arrange to have a scooter delivered to our H/C cabin to rent for the week. TA had no luck locating such a service for our cruise leaving from Dover in mid-July. Hoping some fellow cruisers can help us. Thanks!

We did the Grand European River Cruise with Vantage. They seemed to include more. Loved them. They went above and beyond in their service. Highly recommend them.

In 2005 we did roundtrip from San Francisco to Alaska. We chose that one because it included Sitka. I recall a separate movie theater on that ship.

We did the Grand European River Cruise (28 days) and loved it. They include more than other companies did. Any time there were glitches, they went above and beyond making it up to the passengers. The rooms were more spacious with more storage than on ocean liners (we had one of the less expensive rooms). We also did the Magnificent National Parks tour, which was also great!

Our only problem was with the airline schedule (but it's hard to get anywhere from here) and we thought their travel insurance was expen$ive.

We would travel with them again, but make our own plane reservations.

I bought a pendant in Mexico when we first heard about ammolite in 2003. I bought earrings and a ring the following two years in Alaska. Two years ago we visited the factory in Alberta, Canada - the prices have skyrocketed. Haven't made any further purchases due to the price. I do love the pieces I have.

A very soft, cozyily warm jacket with beautiful embroidery on the back from our New England/Canada cruise. It wasn't on sale, but the price was very reasonable!
