One of the many things I enjoy on NCL over most other cruise lines is their openess to the outside areas. There are other cruise lines that try to divert you inward (looking at you RCCL). What's the point of cruising if that's the objective? You can find 100s of hotels that will give you that experience.

 

On the Getaway, you can get drinks, you can dine, there are places just to sit and read, or just watch the ship sail through the water.....

Enjoy your cruise and thanks for the tip on Vibe Passes! We are traveling on the Getaway in October, how full is your ship right now? Can't wait! Anymore info, tips or review of the cruise would be awesome!

Luckily we are the only ship in port that day so we should good! Are taxi's easily accessible at the port?

I just love hearing everyone's opinions. We are there from 7 am - 3 pm so was just looking for a beach that has a little of everything. Thanks to everyone so far for giving me their honest opinion. Last time I was in Tortola I was on crutches because of a accident on an excursion a couple of days before so I really don't remember much at all. Looking forward to visiting again!!

Just curious if there is a shuttle at the Nassau pier from the terminal to the ship?

The price slightly varies per ship-the Getaway was $14.99 per person for the week.

How did it work on the Getaway? Was it worth it? Is it the Iconcierge App? It said somewhere that the Getaway had a different app, I was wondering if that changed?
