  1. I haven't cruised in several years. I always had to book a room mid ship due to seasickness. Recently, while looking at bookings for carnival glory, I notice that the basic rate is for upper/lower indoor cabin. In order to pick a cabin in the middle that is not an upper/lower, it wants to charge me over $200 more per person. It used to only cost about $50 more than the lowest price listed to get a mid ship cabin. (I always booked indoor, mid ship, not upper/lower.) Am I missing something?

Also, what happens if they give you an upper/lower and you can't use it due to mobility issues?

  2. I know if you get the onboard credit through MyVegas that you have to call a special number to book your cruise. Are the deals available online still valid when you call the number, or do they raise the prices? If there is a 50% off sale on site, will you still get that when you call the number? Thanks.

  3. I took an adults only cruise on the Disney Dream. While the shows are family oriented, I thought they were the best productions I've seen on any cruise line (then again, it's Disney!). The adult only areas really were adults only. While I definitely enjoyed the cruise, I missed having adult entertainment in the evenings. I am one who likes to go to karaoke or piano bars on cruise ships, or even gamble a little. None of these were available on the disney ship (although there was 1 dance club open for adults, but I wasn't interested). I have heard that you have more options for evening activities on the longer disney cruises, but if you do without these things, I think you will really love the Disney ships!
