Just received an email saying I need to print and complete the COVID questionnaire, apparently they cant get the info off the online one I filled in 2 days ago. 
 

Our boarding time was on the booking confirmation, just below passenger details, before disembarkation details. 
 

Me and hubby are on this cruise tomorrow. Has anybody been able to book car parking? We haven’t been able to on the site so hoping that we can just turn up at our allocated time and pay for parking then 

We were booked on the 19 December 2020 cruise.

The alternatives we have been offered are useless to us

They will let us book the same cruise but a year earlier however they do not have a like for like cabin available. Our options are to downgrade or pay extra for an upgrade to next available category. 

They have advised me there are only 60 cabins left on this cruise this year

To be honest though cruising a year earlier  isnt really the best option for us as we have a cruise booked for April, bit too close to each other as far as our jobs are concerned

Surely any offers should have been for around the same dates.  I would happily(ish) transfer onto the new cruise which Connie will now be doing unfortunately the price is way more than we paid for this one

Very disappointing 

Just off the millenium on saturday. The only place we saw smoking was on the left hand side (looking at it) of the mast bar. Never noticed the smell of cigarettes anywhere but was a little disappointed to be sitting at the right hand side of the mast bar and finding the tables covered in cigarette burns. That aside, this was our best cruise ever and Millie is now our favourite ship

Thank you. When booking it made it appear as if the new cabins were right at the front ehich was why we selected this cabin

Unfortunately typing .com instead of .co.uk doesnt work. It still takes us to the uk homepage 

The uk site is still showing the old plans. Im desperate to see a copy of deck 10. We have booked a cabin there for our cruise next month and as of yet have no idea where it is situated
