Does anyone have the actual recipe from Le Bistro for the salmon mousse with capers? I loved it. We used to eat there a few times for each sailing and we’ve been on many NCL cruises. If anyone can share the recipe I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you.

Hello everyone! Does anyone have the salmon mousse with capers recipe from Le Bistro on NCL? I was always having far too good of a time to remember to ask while I was enjoying our meals there. I’m so sad they don’t serve this anymore. If anyone can share the recipe, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you.
