  1. Your right promotions do change but, you read the brochure and tell me where it shows or explains anything about when the promotion will end because I have and it does not. Also it is not about getting something for free. This is about choices. You get the upgrades so you may have more choices when it comes to enjoying your vacation. This is about MSC having material on there website that clearly shows a service you get and then not allowing you too get which is bad business and again a false advertisement.

  2. So paid for my cruise in full back in December. The next step was to pay for alcohol package. Me and my wife got the “drinks on us” promotion included with our purchase so we only have to pay an upgrade fee. So before I made a decision on which package I wanted to upgrade too, I decided to search and see which is more affordable. After only just a couple of minutes I click on the second link which pops up from searching on google search engine. This is what I found...

An online pamphlet on describing the “drinks on us” promotion and clearly stating that if you received the “drinks on us” promotion included with your cruise purchase that you could upgrade to the deluxe drink package for $26 Dallors a day per person. With no expectation date on the deal. Wow. Was very excited to here this. I talk with my travel agent the next day and explained what I had found. I then gave My travel agent a green light to go ahead and upgrade my drink package. The next day my travel agent called me back and told me that I was not going to be allowed to get the upgrade price that was clearly stated in a MSC pamphlet that they published and posted on there website. Which to me is false advertisement. MSC cruise did except the fact that the article was indeed there’s and that they are aware that it is on internet, but do not intend to honor the upgrade deal. Them saying that tells me that they do-not care about the customer. The only thing they are concerned with is putting as much money in there pocket as possible, not trying to take care of the customer and make it right.  It’s unfortunate and I’m unable to get any of my money back seeing how the cut off date too back out has already passed, but I can promise one thing. I’ll make sure this never happens again too me, while also enlightening  everyone else on how MSC curise line likes to do business.
