How does a ship with four separate generators lose ALL power like Solstice in Seattle?

Cafe promenade does sanwiches etc as well as pizza and deserts. Johnny Rockets.  Specialty restaurants also serve lunch. Several of these options are extra cost, cafe promenade is not.

Can we presume Cafe Promenade is open for lunch on Embarkation day? I can't handle what usually goes on in Windjammer that day.

Sailing on Adventure for the first time. Been quite a while since sailing on this class. Do Diamond Plus members have access to reserved seating in theatre? Is there still a reserved seating area at pool and ,again, is it accessible to Diamond Plus?
