We had a butler once and found it to be a rather uncomfortable and almost intrusive experience.  He started unpacking our luggage without even asking.  Not that we had anything to hide, but that's something we can certainly do by ourselves.  It seemed that you couldn't turn around without this guy being in your face, it was like "Lurch" from the Addams Family.  Not something I need again, Concierge is more than fine with us.

I sailed twice in the last year on Equinox and another coming up this Friday and have yet to see the Whiskey House open at all.  I asked about it and no one was able to give me an answer.  Nothing mentioned in the daily schedule either.  It just sits there, locked up with no one home.
