I think Verizon wireless might be having problems since 10am this morning according to istheservicedown? Most recent reports are from North NJ NYC area.
I'm using a landline.

Just got off the phone with C & A. Had a 5 - 10 minute wait, but got through.
I'd happily wait an hour....if it would just RING!!

I have never had a wait time calling before 6am Eastern Standard time. Have been doing that for many many years now

How far out is RCCL letting you cancel?
any time up until 48 hours prior to sailing. I'm not trying to cancel tho....just need to get thru to RC.

I think this may be more of a general telephone company issue than RCI. I'm in northern NJ and I'm having problems calling just about any toll-free number.
interesting...I am also in Northern NJ

Probably best to call late at night or really early in the am
with an international company, there really is no late at night or early am....

Would be helpful to post the number you called.
I have tried both 866-562-7625 and 800-256-6649

I just called and waited maybe 2 minutes.
Just tried again....busy tone. Ugh.

How is anyone supposed to cancel within 48 hours if the number for RC is consistently busy. Can anyone else get thru or is it just me?? I have tried 866-562-7625 and 800-256-6649.

oh ok... I don't know why I had it in my mind that the first week of April was cancelled. It was March. Thanks for the response! I can relax now!

I just watched the video about the changes planned for FOS. Looks pretty good to me. All I can say is I hope there are no further delays in finishing her as we are scheduled for the first cruise after her upgrade. I hadn’t scheduled to be on the first voyage because I didn’t want to worry about being canceled. But now she is already delayed up to our cruise.
I think we are the 2nd cruise out of the hatch...04/12/20. I sure hope we don't get cut either...this is literally the ONLY week we can travel!!

How do I find out more about Bathsheba? I don't see it as an excursion on RC site?

They may also decorate your room, but unless a honeymoon package was purchased, may not be much more than that.
I didn't even know you could purchase a honeymoon package.

On our Honeymoon they brought out a small cake and I think the waiters may have sang a song. Been a few years. It was nice, but not anything crazy or anything.
thanks!!

The TA might be promising a bit more than the ship might deliver - you might get nothing or might get some small thing either in cabin or at dinner.
It appears on our reservation from Royal Caribbean. Doesn't matter either way...just curious.

Hi everyone! We are sailing for the first time ever onboard FOS for our honeymoon in April. Our travel agent said that on night 2, they will celebrate our honeymoon. Does anyone know exactly what that means? Thanks!
