Thanks Stircrzy! I definitely didn't want to go off-topic from this thread, because it has great specificity for Playa Uvas. But your thoughts on PU and Cozumel in general are much appreciated!

Thanks to others for your suggestions - although I have actually already done your recommendations! I did start a new thread asking for comparisons - it only received one response. Also, I have poured through the Playa Uvas, Paradise Beach, and Nachi Cocum threads at length (reading the entire threads) - all were incredibly useful, as you can imagine! Yet when it comes down to it, I was hoping to get some insight from folks who have tried a few different clubs to see their comparisons. I like to be thorough... what can I say?!

And so, I'll keep doing my research - only about a month to go! Happy cruising :).

Playa Uvas came out with a "different" Cozumel beach club experience. I've visited many of the beach clubs in my many visits to Cozumel. I liked them ALL...some better than others.

Question for Stircrzy or others -

I don't want to go off-topic from this thread that focuses on Playa Uvas... but I'm looking for some thoughts. I'll be in Cozumel for the first time at the beginning of May. I've done a ton of research to figure out which beach club to visit that day - and right now, I'm leaning towards Playa Uvas. Traveling with me will be my parents and my sister (age 19).

Stircrazy, you mentioned that you've been to several beach clubs on the island before. What is it about Playa Uvas that sets it apart and that keeps you coming back? I'm also considering Paradise Beach and Nachi Cocum - how is Playa Uvas different from these clubs (if you've been to them), and which one do you prefer out of the three.
