I have always been seated alone I have never been offered the option to sit with others and am not sure people booking speciality dining especially if they were celebrating a special occasion would welcome a stranger at their table and my preference in these circumstances would be to eat alone

Could someone tell me what the allowance is?

I telephoned P&O yesterday as I am also meant to be able to pre book my entertainment now for an upcoming cruise on Ventura, The woman I spoke to said that it is still bookable and to keep an eye out on my cruise personaliser.  Hope this helps.

A few members of staff were wearing masks but my understanding is that it is personal choice as it is for guests

If you are talking about the £7.95 drinks package only small hot chocolate allowed no coffee

Is someone able to tell me where I need to go to book the 710 club when I embark Iona ?

I am on Iona next week for two weeks, the first week of entertainment and Epicurean Limelight and Sindu have been available to book since last Saturday but no entertainment for second week or Beach house or Olive Grove available yet

Can I ask If I am going on Ventura next month with my mother would she be allowed to embark at 12pm with me and attend the Embarkation lunch if we are in the same cabin?

Hello I have just purchased a Wi-fi package for my nephew on Iona if you book an essential package it is £10 per day if you book for the duration of your cruise £15 per day if you just book the odd day I think cruise plan just refers to booking for the duration of your cruise Hope this helps

Hello I am wondering if anyone can help me. I am due to cruise to the Caribbean on Ventura in January 2023 for 28 nights and this cruise seems to have disappeared from the P&O and travel agent websites is anyone aware of any problems?

Could someone please let me know what shops are available on Discovery this will be my first Saga cruise having previously sailed with P&O many times. I am wondering if there is a little shop for any forgotten essentials, duty free and gift type shops. Thanking you in advance for any replies.

I had the same dilemma I contacted P&O and below is the response I received today from their customer services Dept.

"The entertainment headlines will be confirmed once you are on board in the Horizon newsletter which is delivered to your cabin daily."

it may mean you have to book via the my holiday app. once onboard but it still appears unclear

We get room service breakfast every day and I always give the delivery waiter £2 tip but I don't when there is a service charge.
