I have only tried Germaines and we enjoyed it.

We have been there before but our daughter has not. We have a luau booked and now we have extra time to go to the Honolulu cookie company.😀

After many phone calls I finally got someone to check and i have canceled the excursion. I felt cheated because it was one of the reasons we booked the trip and now we can't go. Princess has very poor customer service and didn't care about anything I said. We haven't even board yet and I'm already disappointed.

Funny part is that I called Princess and they told me that "they would not schedule an excursion on a day without an arrangement with the facility, not to worry"

All I know is that if I find out that there is nothing to do that day, I will be pissed!

I recieved a email from the polynesian center and they say that they are closed on the day I have booked. Getting nervous.

We have booked an excursion through princess cruises to go to the polynesian center for October 13th. Only issue is the there website says they are closed on Sundays. I contacted princess and they say there is nothing to worry about and I haven't heard from the center yet. Should I  be concerned?

We're going on our first cruise and have booked for October 7 for 15 days to Hawaii. Our room has pullman beds (4 of us in a room), does anyone have pictures of the set up or could tell me what there like.... sizing,height ect.
