I would imagine that it is B09 not Bo9

If you just got back from Radiance, weren't the survey marks based on a scale of 1-10? All this reference to 5's is driving me crazy
Sent from my HTC One_M8 using Forums mobile app
Yes it was 1-10 but going with the thread it used to be 1-5 and they would ask for 5s so now it would be asking for 10s... the change in numbers doesn't change the fact they asked if crew were asking for top marks

I just got back from the Radiance and the post cruise survey had a question asking if any staff had asked for ratings in the survey and what department they were in. So looks like people have complained about the hard sell and the line is hopefully going to discourage it and allow the 5's to actually be for amazing service/food and not because of begging

Had you pre-purchased it - or was it available to you on board at the 30% off (but not combinable with C&A)
I pre-purchased it for 30% off. I can't remember the onboard price because i didnt pay attention to it as i had my package and found out no c&a discount/refund. For the record im D hence being told i could get a free 1 day package for another device.
I had seen that blog post but there was nothing confirming before so I figured the discounted price was good and while the D benefit on top would have been great it wasn't the end of the world when I found out they couldn't be combined

I was told on Harmony that I couldn't combine the discount because the online discount of 30% was so much of a discount that it was not combinable. They also said I could still claim my 1 free day for the full package which was largely pointless since I had the whole week package already but maybe i could have used an extra device for a day to use it but it didn't really seem worth the bother.

Colors of SeaPass Cards
in Royal Caribbean International
Posted
On my Mediterranean cruise earlier this year there was different coloured cards depending if you boarded in Barcelona or Civitavecchia doubling the possible colours around. First time I saw orange cards but it make sense to distinguish between the constant overlap of 2 different cruises essentially
