Where do you find Documents? And Booking Summary? I couldn't find it in my payment details, messaged Carnival about it. They gave me a number to call, nice woman said she could see it, so she emailed a copy of what she could see. I wanted it in writing - in the past there have been times I had to argue for credits I had on booking but didn't have in writing.

When you check in 2 weeks before, with your luggage tags, in a PDF.

I noticed the line about the casino rate, but it also says $0.00. I have no idea what this is. This is my very first time cruising with Royal Carribbean. My Mom had nothing to do with the booking, and it's not a casino offer. I've only been on 2 cruise lines before- Carnival back in 2007, and Princess this past April.

YH07 is on mine for the MyVegas $100 OBC credit added for 50,000 loyalty points. It’s an agreement between PlayStudios and RCL’s casino marketing, but it is not a “casino rate”. The only thing that might be problematic is if your mother was the MyVegas player — and not you — who redeemed the award.

  3. Standard rules are blackjack pays 2 to 1. Lots of Vegas casinos still pay that but the big tourist hotels on the strip only pay 3 to 2 because a lot of tourists cannot tell the difference.

Pretty sure you mean standard blackjack pays 3:2, and the reduced version (including Carnival’s low limit $6 tables) pay 6:5.

  4. Desi noted that all seven of us had the Cheers! drinks package and had plenty of space left off on our 15 for the day. He proactively decided to custom make them as a way to show off his skills, but did swipe each of our cards for tracking purposes. He’ll be on your sailing - highly recommend him!

Thank you for your honest reply, I appreciate that. And I loved your video of the Alchemy Bar - did you buy a round of shots for everyone? Looks like everyone had a good time!
  5. Hello funinthesun1964,

    I just disembarked Miracle yesterday.

No to updated Steakhouse menu that was announced recently.

Not to my knowledge on the Indian food station (or I didn’t see it). I really only ate lido deck once but walked through plenty, so could be incorrect.

No big screen lido screen - movies were played in Mad Hatter’s Ball on deck 1 fwd.

Comedians week of 1/6/18 were Spike Davis, Diane Ford, Richie Holliday, and Al Katz.

Didn’t care for Adam personally - he declined to play foosball in Red Frog with me one night when he was hanging with staff in a public area, and I felt he ‘over’-announced throughout. The things I wanted to do I had an amazing time with — so not trying to be pessimistic, but just answering your question. As always, your mileage may vary.

Hope this helps - let me know if you have anything else I can answer. I spent more than my fair share of time in the Alchemy Bar — here’s a little gem I uploaded today:

Will be on Miracle out of Tampa next month for a 7 day western. Had a couple of questions:

Is the new and updated steakhouse menu in effect on this ship?

Is there an Indian Food station on the Lido?

No big screen TV on Lido?

Adam as a cruise director, yay or nay?

PBE / Comedians on the ship? (for VERY recent cruisers, and I realize this can change)

  6. Coevan, if it helps, I am currently on board the Miracle (1/6). All four playoff wildcard games were aired in staterooms and public bars. Fox, ABC, CBS, and NBC have not been removed from the Miracle as of yet. The NCAA championship game on ESPN was not available in staterooms (since ESPN isn’t on the channel lineup), but was shown in public bars (sports bar, casino, Red Frog, etc). Hope this helps.
