Thank you so much for the info.  Any recommendations of what you did and enjoyed?

He took us on a tour and to the beach but the highlight was my fifteen year old granddaughters dream was to feed the monkeys and he made it happen. She turned around and said my life is complete. It was just the best. I am sure he would be able to take you where you would like to go. He was the best. Made a teen aged girls dream come true😪

How did you make your arrangements - email or calling?

Also, if for some reason we are not able to port, how do you cancel?

Try emailing him. We were lucky to have walked up to him at the port and told him what we wanted and he made it happen. We payed him at the end of the tour if you cant port you dont pay

So you were able to use Don's services without any additional PCR testing?  Did you use him as a tour guide or just to get to and from your destination.  We are interested in trying to go to the Mount Gay Rum Factory, but haven't gotten clear clarification if we will be allowed to do so by taxi or not.  Any help appreciated.

Yes we were able to use him without any other testing then the Antigen test before we got on the ship. Yes we used him as a tour guide , we told him what we wanted to do and he made it happen. Try emailing him and tell him what you want to do. He was great to us

  4. If you need a guide in Barbados this is your guy. He took us exactly where we wanted and was back to get us just when we wanted. Great guy, great van. Great tour16428166838093729756527252343535.thumb.jpg.f0a3ef947b41523cb9aa496633ab724b.jpg

  5. Does anyone know if you can cash a check at guest services. This is our first NCL cruise. I know I can cash one check per cruise on RCCL. Prefer doing it that way instead on carrying the cash for tips at the end. Thanks in advance

  6. Not sure if anyone had done this but I thought i would ask. I did call RCCL and the told me to call the Chinese embassy which i will do tomorrow. We are cruising with my daughter exchange student in June. We did this some years ago with our student from Korea and we needed a form at the pier. I just can't remember the form. I think it may be a J-1 visa but I am not sure. Thanks in advance for any info

    Hello Everyone,

A group of 6 will be sailing on the Anthem on March 31, 2019 out of Jersey.  We just recently cruised on the Grandeur in December (our first Grand Suite)...however, this time we are in a Superior Balcony.  I have a few questions and we appreciate all the information you can give.  Just one tidbit, we have sailed on the Anthem before, but it was a while ago...and I don't remember anything...except the IFly (I did that!)

We are driving to AC on March 30th and leaving from AC on March 31 to the port.

    1.  How long from AC to Port of Bayonne?

    2.  How much in tolls?

    3.  What is the earliest we can part in the garage?

    4.  Is it a long walk from parking to ship?

    5.  Do they check you in outside or do you have to go in?

    6.  What is the new "Key" Program...you recommend?  (We are Diamond Plus)

    7.  There is a slave museum in Nassau...anyone know where that is?  Can we walk?

This is our first time driving and parking at the Port....just fyi.  Thank you all in advance for any information.

If you are asking about the trip from Atlantic City it is about 2 1/2 hours. Just did it last Oct and doing it again in June. We live twelve miles from AC. It is a very easy ride up the parkway to the Turnpike. Not sure about the tolls as we have easy pass. We left our house at 7:30 and we were on the ship by eleven. Walk from parking to ship is about  four minutes. Check in inside , very easy. Parking in now $22 a day. You pay before you go back to your car. Make sure to drop off you luggage first before you park. Everything in clearly marked as you drive up to the ship. We parked before ten. Plenty of parking as people are leaving

  8. We are in a boardwalk balcony cabin, have set time dining, one thing I’d really like to know is how to enter on our reservation that I have a severe shellfish allergy. That and any advice! I appreciate the advice you’ve already given!!! We are so excited

Sent from my iPhone using Forums

M y son also has a severe shellfish allergy. You have to notify them. There is a special needs department, Give them a call and they can walk you through it. Also make sure you tell your servers in the dining room. We have had the boardwalk balcony thee times. We loved it

  9. I second this endorsement! Paul's HTHT are awesome! We are going to Halifax again and plan to take this tour on May 10th, 2018. So far we are the only couple signed up, and need another couple in order for the tour to go forward. Anyone else interested in the May 10, 2018 tour should contact Paul directly at halifaxtitanictours@yahoo.com.

Tried to book for Oct 9 he is already full. Anyone have any ideas for something similar:confused::confused:

  10. So we had it all planned and Royal changed the tour guide lines. We were going to do the Hop on Hop off bus with drop off at MIA. First American changed our departure time to 1:40 and then Royal changed the time of departure required from two to three. Now we don't know what we can do with our luggage and what we can do with our selfs for three hours. Best layed plans. Looks like we will have to spend our time at the airport. No other excursions available:confused:
