Actually, every time I look at the closet full of gowns I bought for that (untaken) trip, there are a couple of tears. Thinking of 2026, but have booked a place in Florida for next winter.

On missing things I gave a strange one!  My under the sink shelf contains an unopened box of tissues, however I cannot find anywhere in the room or bathroom where a tissue dispenser can be found.  I'm tempted to open the new box and see where it travels to!

So pleased I am not on the world cruise on QA as my 102 day outfits and 102 evening outfits plus accessories and shoes would find it difficult to cope!!

However I could take my trusty clothes rails with me and 100 hangers

I make the most of every moment…..and thoroughly enjoy myself

I’m on the 2023 World Cruise b2b from Southampton. I have awaiting in my dressing room 102 day outfits 103 evening gowns hats 30 pairs of shoes with bags and a large 23k suitcase with products and 2 clothing rails which equals 14 suitcases.

1 carry on trolly with matching beauty case and my handbag. I am taking 1 pair of jeans to wear in Portugal on my day trip!!😂

will be wearing tailored shorts though to breakfast!!

It is great to read and see pictures of formal fashion cannot wait to get back on Queen Mary 2.

I also received a brochure through the post a couple of years ago and just had to have the red dress that the lady wore. I managed to track it down and wore it on QM2 for meeting the Captain. I absolutely loved it.

I booked the vacation in 2019 for September 2020 before any knowledge of Covid-19

there was a room upgrade available which I took

i know Cunard of offering a variety of options to guests up to 31st August so will just have to wait see if 6th September sailing goes ahead.

i am not making any decision on cancelling at this moment as it would mean a loss of deposit 

just hanging on in there!! 

I booked my 2020 vacation for 6th September on Cunard Queen Victoria 

I decided to change my stateroom to deck 1, room number 1038 a deluxe inside stateroom.

While looking at the deck plan I am aware that it is under the casino. Does anyone have any information regarding this room

location, room layout, noise factors and motion.

I am going on Cunard Queen Victoria on 6th September does any one know what the gala nights are? Not sure if this information has been published yet any info greatly received.

We sailed on Queen Mary 2 in September and we had had 3 gala evenings. One of them being Roaring 20’s Some people choose not to take part and others did. Me and my friend had a fabulous time And dressed up.
