If anyone thinks Del Rio cares, listen to the webcast of the first quarter financial conference call. It's available online. He basically said that social media is not important to their business and said he wants a "more affluent" clientele for NCL. I guess those of us that have been loyal to NCL are no longer good enough. :mad:

Wow are they dense. Affluent customers want to pay a reasonable cruise price and not be nickel and dimed over every little thing. This screams "cheap cruise line" to me.

Just looked at the website. It definitely shows a bathtub in the JS on Empress. RCCL should correct this. Certainly former passengers who have had JS on other ships, look at the layouts online, and book a JS on Empress would expect a bathtub in the JS.

There is definately one in the drawing of the cabin layout, but "tub" is absent from the description. They really should change the category--without a tub, there is nothing that would make that tiny room a suite.
