  1. Celebrity has updated the extend your stay Excursion.on their site, you will have to exit the ship to zero out the passenger manifesto. Similar to a back-to-back Cruise, and go through customs. Your luggage will be held at the suite desk, and you may re-enter the boat with your original sea pass. You must exit the boat 90 minutes prior to their next sailing time... this will be my first extend your stay also, which I am scheduled for February 1st through February 8th. I will update this post after my sailing.

Guess it depends on what you want.

For the price they charge you to stay on the ship a few hours longer, we would much rather get a day room at a hotel where you have your own private bed where you can stretch out and nap,  your own private bathroom, desk and TV.

I've been looking into this as well... is there a Fort Lauderdale hotel you recommend that has day room rental available?

I find it hard to believe that this is really available in the US.  Has anyone talked to Celebrity about this?

I contacted my Celebrity planner...  he has confirmed twice this is available for my sailing which begins and ends in Fort lauderdale in Feb.

    From

    *63.99GBP Adult

    31.59GBP Child

I note that it is considerably more expensive than the option on RCI which is £49!!!

'Extend Your Stay' is offered on my Feb 2020 cruise out of Fort Lauderdale as well. . . found this post looking for more info on it. . .
Why would it be offered on my cruise planner if only available on Euro cruises?
The question I came looking for the answer to was what time you have to leave the boat? It does state out of cabin by 9am.
