Blue chip were not very clear with my questioning. However they said based on my game play I should get in touch with a Casino Junket, who would handle everything for me. So I did! Wow. I used a guy call Phil based in Florida, who basically acts at the go between the player and the casino/ship and he was able to get me a suite on any cruise. Only thing I paid for were taxes. As the suite was comped I ultimately did not need the other benefits as they came with suite!
A casino junket can get your stats from Celebrity and use that to determine what your entitlements should be. I was also able to get some extra spending money on board based on my play activity from the host.
Regardless of your overall playing activity, a Casino Rep/Junket seems to be able to get a better result that just ringing Blue Chip directly.
