I'm booked for May 16th. If they give us 150% FCC once they cancel, and we book for the next possible cruise and they cancel that again, do they give us 150%  on top of the 150% we already had?

Has anyone had them cancel two bookings already?

I called NCL to confirm the higher prices were correct for my cruise. They confirmed and also told me they were ordered not to give any upgrades after a price drop, only OBC.

That makes sense if you want new bargain hunters to book for the people who will be cancelling instead of just letting your current pax get a free upgrade.

I feel jerked around right now.
