Cruise was canceled by Royal on March 13th & we were supposed to leave March 15th. We got our refund back 4-24-20.

My cruise was supposed to be March 15th & only canceled cause Royal did. After reading all the horror stories about the FCCs I opted for the full refund on March 23rd. I just got our refund April 24th. 

I called this morning as the 30 days for our cruise being canceled was today. We were supposed to be on Harmony March 15th. After speaking to the agent, he placed me on hold for about 3-4 mins. Came back on and said my full refund was "processed" on March 23rd and that funds should be received 30 days from that time. I will wait 1 more week and then call back if I have not received them. This time I might not be as nice as I was today. I get they are overwhelmed but they canceled our cruise & with the way the economy is I want my almost $7k back. 

Got the email for our cruise planner purchases to be refunded but nothing about the cruise fare refund. We were supposed to be on Harmony 3/15/20. 

I was packed and ready to get on HOS March 15th only to have it canceled 2 days before..... Still waiting for our monies back  😞

32 Days- Harmony 

I ordered this for my husband's 40th bday. I knew when ordering it, the decorations would be in the room when we boarded the ship. On his actual birthday which was day 5, they delivered his cake after we were supposed to be on the ship. I have ordered it again on our cruise in March. This time his bday is the day we set sail.
