Keep trying. I was on hold for an hour at lunch - had to hang up for a meeting. I started getting this same message after the meeting when I tried to call back, but now I have been on hold for 18 minutes.

Thanks for this information. This is our first cruise and as I've been searching the internet for things we needed to know before, it's great to know how Carnival is working to make it a better, safe experience for everyone!
