I would like to find out which of these two ports is the best to start a cruise to Funchal.
I do not want to go through the hassle I had at Corfu.

This cruise is on Explorer and departs on October 30th.
The cruise is no longer advertised. My friend phoned Marella and was
passed from one person to another. She was eventually told that the
cruise was cancelled. I phoned and was told that it was going ahead.
Has anyone more information as we don't know what is happening.

I phoned a second time and insisted that a manager was consulted. The young lady said that she would have a conversation with her manager, asked me to wait and made a phone call on another line.
She told me that her manager had agreed to a goodwill gesture. The refund was backdated to 17th. March, which was the date the government advised against travel. I was refunded for 353 days.
