which option is best? The bus in only $2 from what I remember, but we were there for a week and had a car most of the time.

Does anyone know how much it is for a taxi and if you did both, which option is better?

Was going to go there next week on our cruise, do I need to make other plans?

We were looking at new horizons since it's cheaper but we don't get to STT until 11 a.m. which means most independents will already have left.

Anyone done the one through the cruise ship? We'll be on Carnival. It is the sail snorkel beach one.

Before we had our timeshare at Atlantis we always stayed over on cable beach by the Whyndam Sheraton area and did not have to pay for a day pass to use the beach if we were not staying there and went over there for the day. Mind you this was before they knocked downed two of the towers and started all the remodeling. So I'd have to say back in '06-'09.

Is it true the beach is only now accesible if you pay for a day pass, what a bummer.
