 unless some new information comes out over night, we are cancelling tomorrow...we are on motorcoach tours the first 4 days.  i can't imagine spending the trip in our room.  that is a crazy way to spend money

A couple of more questions.  First.  I think I read some stuff about it being better to fly on Icelandic Air rather than on Delta.  Please discuss.  Second.  If you arrive in Rey at 7:45 in the morning, how do they keep you in a bubble if your boarding time is late in the day?  They pick you up at the airport correct?  Where do they take you?   Also, please discuss.  No information is too insignificant - haha

We have the Viking Insurance I thought it was good up until the last day....do you know if I am mistaken?

Not hearing very much about people changing their travel plans because Iceland is now a Level 4 country.  We are on the Aug 31 sailing and were going yesterday morning, but last night we are a big "should we be doing this-no"  Of couse we are devastated that we probaby are not going but, the statistics regarding Covid are not to be forgotten.  Can we get some conversation going here?

Hello, Ist time Viking cruisers but have cruised many times before.  Will we be able to get into the Chef's Table and Manfredi's after we board?  Currently there aren't any reservations available for these online.  Am I to understand the Chef's Table has meals from a different country each night?  What are those countries and what are the menu's like?  Thx

Second tip, take your iPhone charging cord with you on your excursions. The buses have USB ports. Several people on our Golden Circle tour had dead phones/cameras before excursion ended

 

We haven’t had the best of weather. Drizzly weather everyday. Glad we brought and wore rain suits
