I saw the promo in the freestyle daily. It showed up correctly on our final bill. The Illusionarium was maybe only half full the first day.

Wondering if this island is just going to be our ship and employees or do any locals live there and how safe is it. Thinking of letting three 17 and 18 year old girls get off and enjoy some time alone without the parents.

Has anyone been recently on the Getaway and know if they still offer a 20% discount for the illusionarium show the first night?

Can someone tell me if you can just dine one or two nights in a specialty restaurant or do you have to buy a 3 package minimum? We don't cruise until April so reservations are not open to check this out.

Thanks! I was just afraid they can't be in the teen club together but the 17 year olds wouldn't be allowed at the other venues in the evening and their options for things to do in the evening would be limited.

They say they cut the corner of your card if you're under 18. Thinking maybe I could cut the corner of the one 18 year old then they could all go in the teen club??

We are sailing with a small group for spring break and there will be 3 17 year olds and one 18 year old. My concern is for them hanging out together. The 18 year old can't get in the teen club, but now I'm wondering if they can all hang out at an O sheehans, Grammy experience, karaoke, quest show or are those only 18 and up? Does the answer change if they are with a parent too?

We've never sailed NCL before but on RC and carnival only a couple dance clubs were closed to 17 year olds.

We have a few families going in April on the Getaway. Two of three girls will be 17 and one will be 18 (all high school seniors). How likely would it be to get the 18 year old in The teen club with the others. Do they closely monitor? How?

We are not coming in on a ferry but will be on a private sail charter. Will we have no problem getting a taxi when we come in at 4pm?

Did you go with Catania and how was it?

I know we've stayed somewhere in the FLL area that provided a shuttle to the Miami Port. Any ideas? Since we're flying into FLL I'm trying to keep all the shuttle and taxi costs to a minimum.

HELP!! I need to decide between Vision and another Carnival option. My concern with the Vision is evening activities for the 16, 19 and 21 year olds we will be traveling with. We have cruised plenty before. At night besides the main show, would there be a decent amount of options?

Also, any feedback on the teen club and activities?

Can anyone tell me if they offer a comedian or karaoke at night? Wondering if there's anything besides the main show, piano bar and dance clubs
