When in quarantine does that mean you cannot even go for a walk down the hall where your stateroom is? Are you quarantined in your stateroom for entire length of cruise?

Cruiseships arriving late due to high winds from storm at Port of Miami
The ships started arriving at port about 9:30 am rather than usual 5-7 am
Port of Miami was closed due to high winds.
It is now 11:35 est and the Carnival Horizon is maneuvering for docking at port. She joins MSC Divina, Royal Caribbean Oasis of the Seas, NCL ship and Oceania ship on other side of terminals.
