When playing the games on Allstate Rewards site, has anyone noticed the graphics are slightly different?  I noticed changes, but when I play the Scratch off I don't pay much attention to it, but today I noticed that when I lose up on the screen comes up "YOU LOSE".  I was like, wow...

I emailed the customer service and asked about ecards.  I received the same canned response back that they are currently sold out, etc.  So then I actually responded and went further.  I said that sold out is different than deciding not to carry them any longer.  Please let me know if there has been a corporate decision to not carry them.  I explained why I like the ecards better and why they worked for my lifestyle.  I didn't ask specifically for Carnival, I just asked about all ecards.  I still received a canned response that they just do not know when they will be getting ecards back.

Which company do they get them from?  I was thinking that is where I might reach out to next...

I also realize this is probably a waste of my time, but I feel like I have to try to get them back.  In the meantime, I really don't mind buying the AARP ones.

The Pacman game is different too.  Graphics seem different and game speed is funky.  Slow at first, then speeds up when you get a power pellet.  Weird.  Also, you see to win 200 points each time you play (x3)  no matter what, win or lose.

  2. It seems they may have updated the site for the better.  I've been able to get to the page without the blank white screen and play games.  I hit the spinner for 2K points!

Now, if they would just improve the gift cards.  Actually, my budget won't be ready to buy my Carnival cards until about September for my February cruise, so I'll just sit back and collect points. Worst case, I can use my AARP account.

  3. I sucked it up and got an AARP membership to get Carnival cards there incase AllState doesn't have digital cards.  I don't like not knowing when the card will arrive.

As a test, I put a Carnival digital card in my cart on AARP and started the checkout process.  I'm not seeing where you "pay" points like on Allstate.  Do you just get access to the deals without using points on AARP?

I found a work around.  I went to the email from last Wednesday and used that to log in.  It worked and I won 1K points from the spin game!  Plus today is Tuesday.  So the matching game is another 1K!

Still no ecards, but they have $100 and $500 denominations for the mailed gift cards.

Thanks!  This worked for me to get in.

When I look at "Travel" cards, there aren't any. But when I look at all card, I see $100 & $500 physical cards for Carnival.

Sadly, Allstate seems to be in serious decay. Their travel gift card section has 1 gift card for oil change? Even big categories like dining have only 9 offers and the huge retail area has only 21 offers and  none are ecards that I saw. If they really cared it woudn't be this sparse. I preferred to buy the Carnival e cards from Allstate but now have to use my back up AARP account, which has tons of options for other e gift cards. I hope Allstate gets it together, but am not holding my breathe 😉 .

I've seen the cards come and go.  They'll be back.

Well, just bought $2,000 worth of gift cards on AARP.  Getting nervous that AARP will take them away as well.

They come and go.  I'm sure they'll be back in a month or two. All my cruises are paid off except for the last one next February.  Gives me time to save up money to get ecards (hopefully) when they come out between now and then.

  7. I ordered a few Carnival gift cards through the Allstate rewards program on December 28.  I was surprised when it wasn't an ecard like I got in November.  Even with a 7-10 day delivery, I never received the cards  3 weeks later.  After a few emails and vague comments from Allstate about "experiencing delays shipping orders", they finally cancelled my order and refunded my card.

My question is, has anyone received Carnival gift cards through the Allstate program in the last month?
