We went to Walgreens and we did a NAAT test. No problem at all and it was for free

I don't believe you can pay them online. You will have to phone your TA or Royal and have them to add them to your invoice, or pay them right away.
Thanks, i will give RC a call then 🙂

I understand that you can receive your upgrade even after getting on the ship but curious approximately when most people receive their upgrade? 2 weeks prior to sailing or when???
We received the confirmation of our Royal Up bid two weeks before the sailing date.

How can you pay the gratuities online? I can’t find the option in my planner….

Was kind of still hopeful one of our bids might come through, as two of the cabins we bid on are still available. We had two JS open up this morning, I have had a bid in on those for a while, not the maximum, but we did go a little higher than the minimum, though I did recently raise it by $25 pp. Also the balcony with larger balcony is still showing 3 available, though I would prefer the JS.
When is your cruise?

Hi all,
Apologies if this question has already been resolved, but the other day we gave Royal carribbean a quick call as we spotted a better price in our cruise. We were told that we will be given some onboard credit with the difference on price, but we haven't received any confirmation email, neither i can see the credit in our planner. We were told that the process can take up to 14 days, do you know if this is the normal procedure?
Thanks all in advance 😃

Hi All,
I am new! Thanks a lot for your contributions, I've found the forum really helpful to me.
So, just in case it helps find below my experience:
Booked an Interior Guarantee room on the Freedom of the Seas on 28 March
Received the Royal up email invitation on 16 Feb with the following upgrade options:
- Ocean View Balcony - Minimum bid from $50 USD pp
- Ultra Spacious Ocean View - From $35 USD pp
- Spacious Panoramic Ocean View - From $30 USD pp
- Spacious Ocean View - From $25 USD pp
- Ocean View - From $20 USD pp
- Spacious Interior - From $15 USD pp
- Promenade View Interior - From $10 USD pp
We just bid for the Ocean view balcony, Ultra spacious Ocean view and the Panoramic view.
Last week I checked and all the above bids were still in pending state but for the first time I could bid for a Speacious Ocean view Balcony ($80) , Junior Suite ($85) and some other suites (from $225pp...)
Hope this helps 😃
Just received a notification that my bid was accepted for the ocean view balcony! Not expecting to happen so early!
(we did not bid for the JS or any other above categories)- 4

About 90 days
From what i've read I think that normally the invitation is sent 1-2 months in advance the sailing date of the cruise...

Thanks!
I got my room assigned 3 weeks before the scheduled date for my cruise.

Using Royal App on board without internet?
in Royal Caribbean International
Posted
I can confirm that this is how it worked in this week’s freedom of the seas ship. No internet required to have updates just to be connected to their WIFI (no cost)
