So from the replies i have seen that apart from insurance, if i do not have a UK address then i simply  cannot book a cruise in the UK. Am i right?

is there any solution to get a PnO cruise if i dont have a UK address?

Im in PAKISTAN. there is no concept of cruising here. So no company offers any travel insurance for cruises here

And there is no insurance broker or agent here. 
Kindly tell me any UK OR EUROPE based insurance company that can give me a cover for my cruise
