I am going on sky princess from UK to canary islands in October I have an interior cabin does this have air con inside or should I take a USA can with me ?

I am going on a cruise with princess cruises from UK to canary islands I need to plug in my cpap machine so I will need a UK to USA/ or UK to European travel adaptor plug it states this has to be non surge adaptor plug I have searched the web for hours but cannot find a non surge one plenty of choice on adaptor plugs but it doesn't say whether they are non surge going out of my mind do non surge adaptor travel plugs actually exist or can I just take a normal travel adaptor plug please help. Thank you.
