Currently on Alaska cruise and have the premium drink package. Sometimes, but not always, we are asked to sign for drinks. Anyone know why the inconsistency? Just curious.

In think we will still go, I was just a bit shocked at the email yesterday. It will be a nice day seeing beautiful scenery if nothing else. We see whales most years in Mexico....but we had a excursion credit to use and I thought this would be good. Thanks everyone for sharing your thoughts.

Booked to Alaska in early May. I booked whale watching in Juneau. A small boat with max 20/people. I knew it was early in the season but there was a guarantee to see whales or you get some cash back. I received an email today from the cruiseline that the operator no longer guarantees whale sightings in May or Sept. Thinking I should cancel, but wondering what others would do.

Booked on the May 5 Noordam to Alaska. Was poking around just seeing what cabins are avail. I was surprised how many empty cabins there still are.....is this typical?

Are guarantee cabin assignments completely random or do they consider any factors? I am not sure if anyone has a way of knowing this. Mostly just my curious mind working 🙂

Problem solved....I think it is just too early. I had put an earlier cruise on hold and then decided to let it go....the dinner reservations available tag was left over from that cruise. I logged out of the app and back in. Seems things are correct for my booked sailing now. 

No, there are no times to select. Cruise is May 5 2024

I am trying yo reserve specialty dinning since we have a credit to use. It finally says reservations avail, but when I go in and select our names and click " use complimentary dinning" there are no days.... They are all grey. .I guess I can email the Lady at Holland America who help with my reservation. Thanks all.

Can you make dinner reservations before final payment has been made? I am trying and there is no avail coming up for any restaurant's and it just came avail to book.

Recently booked a cruise with Have It All....what happens if we do not use the shore excursion credit.

Can the credit be applied to two different excursions....or if what you book is less than $100 do you lose the remained of the credit.

Thanks for any help, I usually just book the basic fare.

Is the hydrotherapy pool part of the thermal suite package on Noordam?

We had it included in classic on Eclipse 8/28

We have done many cruises in Aqua and have had excellent food, but like any restaurant an occasional bad one and we always return the meal.  They bring another meal and the Chef gets immediate feedback on the cooking.

I did not return them but did fill out a comment card.The staff did steer us away from fish dishes twice. It was everything from breakfast to an unset creme brulee....which the waiter did switch as he could seen it was not right.I did not want to complain all the time and honestly should not have to. Eventually learned to have an omelet,  even with only cheese to get edible eggs and ate more of the really delicious bread before dinner.

I am sad reading about the changes to HAL, who have been my preferred line. I just returned from my first Celebrity cruise and LOVED the entertainment. Lots of live music!The food however was not very good. I just put a small deposit down on a HAL cruise in March....now I am wondering if I should look for something else. 🤔

We just got off Eclipse. 1639 the bed is near the verandah. Lovely room...though maybe not as close to the spa as you might like.

We had great service in Blu, unfortunately the food was not good.

Just arrived home from my round trip Vancouver cruise to Alaska.

......was never asked for Arrivecan 🤦‍♀️🙄

I will be on board in less than 12 hours.

I booked a concierge guarantee for our Alaska cruise...today we got our cabin assignment and we were assigned an A2 aqua class. Will we have access to Blu and the thermal suit same as if we had booked Aqua class?

I am surprised/ happy just trying to wrap my head around this 😊

We are 5 days from sailing and my bids on Sky Suite and Celebrity Suite are still pending 🤞
