So if you have purchased the 3 night dining package for a Wonder cruise, the only restaurants you can book a reservation for is Chops, Giovanni or Izumi? TIA

we purchased the 3 night dining package for our Nov 2024 cruise. I am unclear on how this works. do I use the app to make reservations for the 3 restaurants we want prior to boarding or do I have to wait till I board and go to each restaurant to make reservations. thanks in advance

Haven't been on RCCL in many years and have booked a cruise  for 2024, my question is do you have to sign up for their VOOM package in order to be able to text other members of your group? TIA as I am not a tech savvy person
