There are those of us who choose Silversea because they continue to have some degree of formality. I hope we won't be entirely ignored.
How would you be ignored? By infringing upon how others like to spend their vacation?
it’s not my idea of a fun vacation to have to dress up with a jacket. Nice shirt and jeans? Sure. But a jacket and/or tie? Absolutely not on vacation.
Why should my wanting to be comfortable impact you? Feel free to wear a tux if you would like

Thanks, I was hoping to prebook to have better availability. However, this is good to know.
(interestingly, all spa treatments also show unavailable on the embarkation day)

Just got around to looking at spa treatment options aboard the Otium for my upcoming Alaska cruise and I’m not seeing any way to either book a couples room or book two individual treatments in the same time slot (one for each my husband and myself). It seems to only allow us to do back to back, which is kind of annoying.
Does Silversea not do couples treatments? Do they not have multiple availabilities in a single time slot? Is this a limitation of the online booking platform?

We know what you mean. If not a “little black dress”, most of us would have an item or outfit as out go-to, evening out attire. Perhaps navy, green or colourful, but the one to take if we can only pack one.
Neither my husband nor I do.
we have basic business casual, but don’t own a dinner jacket or suit or anything similar.

It does!
How is availability on boat? Phone support basically said it has to be booked on boat. (Same with embarkation day treatments)
