Many times, once a thread goes off the front page of the RCI section (easy for a thread posted during off hours in the US), it is rarely seen my most, so it's not a matter of an immediate, but perhaps no answer.
If would be a good idea to get the app.
Its never been a problem for me in the 15 years I've been posting here.

The app, set to the current sailing, should list the operating hours of dining venues.
BTW, if you want replies, it usually works better to resurrect threads during working hours on US East Coast time.
I live in Australia whic is 14 hours ahead of US east coast and don't expect immediate answers. When I got up this morning (now) I had 7 notifications from questions I had asked last night.
I also don't have the app. -

On Radiance now. They do not have lunch on sea days….it is brunch only. On port days the MDR is not open for lunch.
So the MDR doesn't do lunch at all then? Lunch is only in the Windjammer?

None of the OS are under the open deck area on Radiance. They are all aft of the elevator banks. The ones on the starboard side are under the WJ annex, and the ones on the port side are under the Dog House area. We have had OS on both sides on that class of ship, and have never experienced any excessive noise (and we pretty much live on our balcony).
Did you have any noise from scraping chairs from the WJ in the morning?

They call them blankets, but "fleece wrap" would probably be a better term-if its chilly on deck or on the balcony and they have the royal logo,so it would also be a nice souvenir.
So are you talking about Oodies. That are fleece blankets with hoods?

The showers in the normal suites are about the same on the Navigator and the Voyager. I have trouble reaching below my knees without hitting my head on the pipes or the wall while being backed up into a corner. The shower is fine for up to a month, but I am not sure if I could do a world cruise with it. The problem I have with the Explorer class ship showers is that they need a grab bar to get you from the entrance to the shower head on rough days.
I think all showers on all ships should have safety grab bars.
As for the world cruise, I don't think I could be on any ship that long.- 2

It is much smaller than the Splendor shower!
I though there was plenty of room in the shower. Is your friend a very big person?

Unless you are in a suite with a butler, there is no place to submit your request online. You will need to make your request directly with guest services, or thru your TA. Or just make your request with your attendant when you get on board. You will have it within a couple hours.
We were just on Navigator in a Conciege Suite - so no butler.
When the Steward came and introduced herself on the first day of the cruise I told her what we wanted - alcoholic and non alcoholic. It was stocked later that day and items replaced as we used them.- 4

Why a picture of the shower?

I probably miss-stated this. It is two devices per stateroom.
That's how I interpreted it. We only take our phones now anyway.

Yes, it has changed. Two accounts per stateroom.
Oh well that makes much more sense.
I guess they must've gotten enough complaints and listened.

Oceania is a wonderful cruise line. I am on my third cruise with them. I have absolutely no complaint with their food or service. However I am severely disappointed with their WiFi access. They promise free WiFi access on board. And Wifi access is indded free throughout the ship but it is only per cabin. Thus if one travels with one's spouse or partner( as most passengers do) only one person can be on WiFi at a time. Given that one has to pay for two people, then restricting wifi access to one person at a time is unexpected and totally unacceptable. If one pays for a cruise with free WiFi access one naturally expects the free wWiFi is available for every passnger one pays for. Don't be mislead by the free WiFi advertising of Oceania. Be aware of their cheapskating. If you want to have simultaneous access for the second person , you have to pay and pay dearly.
I completely agree. It should be per paying passenger.
I suppose you can hotspot the other person but that does slow it down a bit.
I notice this thread is almost a year old and wonder if that has changed.- 1

We were on Navigator in March for a 14 night cruise. There was no formal night I mostly saw sports jackets - very few ties.

Although Navigator is the smallest of the Regent fleet, her draft is the deepest.
Mariner has the shallowest draft.
What does that mean?

I live in Australia so just any flight is a long haul flight. When I was younger I used to just suck it up and fly economy but as I've gotten older it just takes it out of me.
We flew to Italy 10 years ago and my feet were swollen for 5 days. I haven't flown economy long haul since.
If you can afford it shell out for Business Class. You won't believe the difference.
Another tip - if you're going to fly via LA, spend a night there near the airport and then get a direct flight to Singapore.
At least you will get on the plane well rested.- 1

We recently sailed on Navigator and was told that the app doesn't work on this ship.
Possibly because its an older ship.
How do you handle the long flights?

The problem with the back row is they have a bulkhead behind them and don't recline very much if at all.
