Would they refund if the trip is cancelled if too far from the original port?

Can any previous cruisers help...

Want to book excursion in Grand Cayman, the ship itinerary says arrival is 8am, booking an excursion thru Viator the excursion pickup time is 9am from the port. 

Will we be definately be able to meet the excursion pickup for 9am as I have read the disembark to Grand Cayman is via tender?

Travelling Fantastica so wont be at the front of the queue to disembark, no YC or status (only 2nd MSC cruise).

Can anyone help or advise.

Had email today from MSC UK saying Ocho Rios berth 2 closed until December 24, therefore not calling, going to Falmouth instead.

However the itinerary when I log into MSC is still saying Ocho Rios, and the excursion list on the MSC website still reflect Ocho Rios as the destination port.

Looked on cruisemapper and its showing as Seascape is the only ship due into Ocho Rios on 07/15/24 so no reason as both berths not occupied as one damaged. Also on cruisemapper Seascape itinerary still showing Ocho Rios.

Need help and advice as want to book excursions soon. Thankyou
