Hi All, I need some help please. I booked a Princess cruise on board 2 weeks ago and they transferred it to the previous TA who I booked with. I had a few queries and wanted to make some changes and noticed on the TA site the cruise was quite a bit cheaper. I spoke to one of the reps and asked for the price match as they are now dealing with my booking but they said because it was booked on board they can't do anything about the costs. Does anyone know if this is correct? I have read numerous posts where if you see the cruise advertised cheaper you can get it at the cheaper price? Or get some on board credit for the difference? Surly if they have taken over my booking I should get all the discounts etc that they are selling that cruise for? Or am I wrong? Sorry this will be my 2nd cruise and I got caught up in the moment on board and booked a future cruise deposit cruise. I am now realising this wasn't the best thing to do. As the TA won't let me change cabins as what I want to change to is classes as a downgrade? and once booked no downgrades are allowed. Again anyone have any knowledge on this please. Thanks, Tam
