  1. I joined not long after it began, and it was $50.00 for 2 hours each day, minimum. Slots were $1.00 max coins 2 hours each day. I have since canceled my "membership" due to the ludicrous charging of 3% for me to get chips to play. You are at the mercy of the floor people as to whether they track you correctly or give you proper info.

  2. Most of the games are still hand shuffled. They use a modified riffle/strip technique. They only divide the cards into 2 piles for this, instead of the normal 2-3 piles per half. They only run through once instead of twice to speed up the game a bit. Most dealers use the same techniques when they break the slug (unused cards), 1/3 top of discard, 1/3 mid, 1/3 bottom of discard. Without any more details, you can gain advantages from this style of dealing.

  3. The ships normal min/max is:

$5-$300 and $25-$500. You can get higher limits if you ask and the floor agrees. It is 8 decks, only about 70% penetration, around 5-5.5 decks, not real good. Your splits/doubles are normal. The good thing is you can play up to 7 hands (the whole table) by yourself, unlike conventional U.S. rules allowing only 2.

  4. We did this excursion last summer and HATED IT!!! The place is a timeshare, so get ready for them to try their speeches. The "buffet" was nothing more than a hot dog or hamburger. No side dishes. The cupons for drinks is for 2 drinks, beer or water, the sign and the bartender both say so. If you do choose to book this excursion, be warned, we were charged $4.00 p.p. to leave the place early. They will not tell you that most of the taxis there are not included in your price, and they will charge extra. This was our expirience, and others I'm sure have had better. BTW, we took pics back to the ship and recieved a full refund, thats how bad it was too us.
