Headcase

Here are some menus from the Eclipse from Jan 2017 that I found. I would predict that most things have gone up a dollar since then.

I've been trying to call all week. Minimum hold time has been 35 minutes followed by them hanging up on me. Tried multiple times and gave up after reaching one hour.

Now tonight they have changed their pattern. When I call the "24 hour/7 days" phone number, I get a recording that their office is closed and to call back. I tried clicking on the "or we can call you" link and entered my phone number. They did call me back, but with an automated voice saying their office is now closed.

Let's see, I just paid a few thousand for a vacation last week, trying to call you up to pay you a few hundred more for an upgrade, and you won't even answer the phone?
