  1. Did a little bit of digging as this was really bothering me. I found this on the Martinique port website for the June 3 Adventure of the seas sailing.

Cruises visiting Fort de France, Martinique on 07 June 2017

    Arriving Wed 7 Jun 2017

    7 Night Southern Caribbean Cruise

    Ship Adventure Of The Seas

Cruise Schedule: San Juan, Puerto Rico (03 Jun d2030);Philipsburg, St. Maarten (04 Jun 0800-1700); Basseterre, St. Kitts (05 Jun 0800-1700); St Johns, Antigua (06 Jun 0800-1700); Fort de France, Martinique (07 Jun 0800-1700);Bridgetown, Barbados (08 Jun 0800-1700); San Juan, Puerto Rico (10 Jun a0600)

I also checked the St Lucia port schedule at the St. Lucia Air and Sea Ports Authority website for June 7th and it is showing not showing Adventure of the Seas in port. It is showing the ship in port for June 28, 2017.

No one seems to be able to give me a straight answer. Getting really frustrated. I spoke with Royal again today and they are still saying we are going to St. Lucia.

  2. You might want to check that. If you are on Adventure of the Seas, I am being told that the itinerary did not change form St Lucia to Martinique that it is a computer glitch since the cruise this week had to change ports due to dredging all of the same itineraries are showing as changed on their website. This is as of this morning after talking to my TA.

  3. I just got off the phone with our TA and they told me that RCI assured them that we would be going to St.Lucia on the June 3 sailing of Adventure of the Seas. Their explanation was that due to dredging in the port area they had to change ports for this weeks sailing. If they change ports on one sailing it changes the ports on all of the cruises with the same itinerary. Makes no sense to me, just glad we still get to do St. Lucia. But I would take this all with a grain of salt.

  4. We are on the June 3 sailing of Adventure of the Seas and when I do a mock booking there is a popup with the change to Martinique. Just to be sure I contacted Royal Caribbean and our travel agent and neither one knew anything about the change. The only thing that they told me is that the May 13 cruise had the change due to dredging in the port. They had not received a memo for changes for any other cruise.

  5. We are going with a family group of 13 - 7 cabins on the Adventure of the Seas in June. Can anyone tell me if they have any photo packages on board that are not tied to one cabin only. We would like to get pictures for my parents of each family as well as the whole group. Please let me know if this is available if you have been on the Adventure recently.

  6. Do they offer packages of X number of pictures on board RCCL ships? We are travelling for my parents 60th anniversary and they would like a group picture, but also pictures of each of the family groups as we are from all over the country and are not all together at one time very often. We are a group of 7 cabins all adults with parents, children, grandchildren and girlfriends. Has anyone ever seen anything like this? Please let me. know

  7. I emailed customer service on 3/17/17 and on 3/22/17 and today is 3/28/17 and I have still not received anything except the automated email telling me that they received my email and would respond in the order that the email was received. How long does it take to answer an email? I did try to call first and between being put on hold and transfered numerous times I spent 46 minutes on the phone and never received an answer. No wonder people get frustrated. They really need to do something about this. Why have a contact email if you never answer them? Seems ridiculous to me.
