  1. I too am confused. The press release indicates that vaccinated guests over the age of 12 must get an antigen test or NAAT (PCR) test within 2 days of boarding, if leaving from a U.S. port. We are sailing on the Pride out of Hawaii. Later, in the message, it indicates that vaccinated guests over the age of 12 can get the antigen tests 2 days prior to sailing OR a PCR (NAAT) test 3 days before sailing. Which is it?

  2. Another change I noticed. Norwegian is now allowing PCR tests 3 days prior to travel. Prior to this, I believe all testing to board US home ports was 48 hours. There are two types of PCR tests. I am assuming we could get the rapid PCR to fulfill this requirement. This information will help us as we travel to Hawaii to cruise on The Pride of America. We were going in a few days early. Now we won’t have to worry about virtual testing or finding testing in Honolulu.

  3. It has been several years since we have cruised on Royal Caribbean. Our family will be sailing in June of 2022. I know that the room numbers are posted outside the cabin doors. Does the room number plaque also act as a mailbox?  I would like to tie a ribbon or piece of yarn to “something” to make it easier for our kids to locate our room. Any ideas or thoughts? Can I do this.  Thank you

  4. I was hoping to find an independent driver. I have checked with shuttles but either they won’t take just 2 people or they recommend limousine service which is very expensive. I may have to try the Uber/Lyft system.  The cruise line transportation is very expensive too and i don’t think they run on regular schedules. They are limited. Thanks for the info. I appreciate the input.

  5. We are cruising on the Carnival Magic in January. We are flying into MIA and will need transportation to the pier. Does anyone have recommendations for an independent, reliable and inexpensive mode of transportation?  We are not familiar or comfortable with the Lyft and Uber transports. This would need to be a round trip service.

Thank you for any insights you may have.

  6. I was able to enlarge the fun times. They were very helpful. Thank you. Would you have the other days. On our boarding passes, it indicates that early dining begins at 6:00pm. I noticed that it was 5:30pm on your sailing. Would they have changed that?  This has been very helpful.

  7. Does anyone have recent copies of the fun times for Alaska, on the Legend?

we are sailing in a week and I wondered about breakfast and lunch dining options. One of our travelers has a serious food allergy I know it will be best for him to have meals on the dining room.

    • Thanks 1
  8. Could anyone please tell me when the formal nights might be on our Alaska Legend cruise in July?  We are trying to plan excursions, but don’t want to miss out on the dining room experience on formal nights. Thank you
