  1. I have called to inquire about parking twice for the C1 parking lot in Boston. Once I was told you didn't need reservations, and after investigating further their website said you did need reservations, so I called again and was told the website was not working and to just show up. Has anyone had this problem and do you really need reservations?  Thanks.

    Thank you.  We would just be happy with the money back at this point.  I just hope they follow Carnival Cruises and cancel Alaska cruises for the month of May and I believe June as well.

I am confused as to what the policy for cancellation is for this cruise.  So far Princess has not canceled this cruise even though I understand Canada will not allow us to dock.  If I cancel (I have Princess platinum insurance) do I just get a FCC?  If Princess cancels, do I get the total cruise payment back?  We could really use the cash back at this stage.  Thank you for all your help.

We are scheduled to sail to Alaska on May 15.  I got the e-mail from Princess about the temporary cancellation policy.  I bought insurance through Princess but I don't see where it says what the cancellation fees are in the policy.  Since I have almost 2 months before the cruise, what are the cancellation fees?  Where can I find them?  Thank  you.

  5. I want to book our flights through Easy Air.  However, can we choose our seats?  I want seats with extra leg room going and "Mint" on Jet Blue coming back.  How can I do this by using Easy Air?   I don't seem to be able to find out how to do this on line.  Thanks for your help.

We are going to Alaska in May of 2020, leaving from LA.  Princess does not offer a hotel to book on their website for this cruise with transfers.  Hence it looks like we will have to arrange our own transportation and hotel room as we fly in the day before.  Does anyone have any suggestions as to a hotel room close to San Pedro Pier in LA and also a form of transportation to get us from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the pier the next day.  Thanks for your help in advan

We just returned from a 15 day cruise to Hawaii.  I purchased the most expensive wifi internet package for $199.99, which included everything.  Today I get my bill from AT&T wireless and there are roaming charges of $277.00 for the time we were on the cruise   for my husband's phone which is the phone we bought the wifi internet package for.  What could have gone wrong?

  8. I am sure this has been answered somewhere else but if my husband does not want to wear a jacket and tie on formal nights, and he wants to dine in the specialty restaurants, does he still have to wear a jacket and tie in the specialty restaurant on formal night?  Thanks for your help.

We are planning a trip to Hawaii with Princess next year and purchased insurance through Princess directly.  I am inquiring about health insurance.  Does the policy Princess provide cover health insurance as well?  I realize we are going to still be in the US and we also have Medicare and BCBS medigap coverage.  Are we covered through either Princess or our own insurance?  Thanks for your help.

  10. We are booked for April 21 2019. In looking the excursions for Honolulu it seems that so many of them are at the same time (10:00 am to 3:00 pm). So if we wanted to go to Pearl Harbor and to Waikiki Beach, they are at the same time. Has anyone dealt with this. We are in port from early morning to late at night. Thank you.

  11. Thank you so much. I thought it might be because the flight is before noon, that they would not carry it. The flight is 11:20 am, so I think we should make it from the pier in San Francisco to the airport in time. Again, I will keep checking.

  12. I am trying to book flights using Princess EZ Air for 4/20/19 and 5/6/19 from Boston to San Francisco and back. EZ Air shows me an early Delta flight on 4/20, but the only flights out of San Francisco on 5/6 are late in the evening on Delta. However when I go on the Delta web site it shows a flight from San Francisco to Boston at 11:40 am on 5/6/19

    . Why wouldn't this flight show up on EZ air? Thanks for your help.

  13. We booked the Grand Princess for April, 2018 and received an all inclusive beverage package free. I know it includes wine, beer and cocktails, as well as soft drinks and water but is there any limitation on the type of wine or cocktails? Exactly what does this include. Thanks for your help.:cool:
