Rod and Barry,

We have done multiple transatlantic, caribbean, panama canal, european and a year and a half ago we did a transpacific from Hawaii to Australia. We typically cruise on celebrity or royal caribbean. We are excited that this is our first trip to Asia.

My husband and I are going on this cruise. We are from Houston, Texas. We are flying into the Haneda Airport on the morning of May 10th through a flight we got on Choice Air. Handeda is between downtown Tokyo and Yokohama. We are probably just going to take a taxi to the cruise port and walk around Yokohama until we can board.

We decided to book directly with Celebrity because the group didn't offer Oceanview cabins and when we tried to send them an email they never responded.

We are thinking about doing the Montecristo and Manta tour in Manta, Ecuador and one of the excursions with the precolombian petroglyghs, ruins, mummies, and shaman ceremonies in Arica, Chile.

My partner and I are going. We looked on Nighttours.com and supposedly there is a Cruise4Bears group with about 300 bears. It looks like the are mainly europeans.

My partner and I also booked this cruise. We have been to Cartagena and Colon before. We are also planing a 4 day trip to Cusco and Machu Picchu in July for about half the price that Celebrity is charging. Plus by doing the 3 day Machu Picchu excursion on the ship that you would miss out on both Lima, Peru and Arica, Chile which are some of the coolest ports.
