I just got the Shearton Old San Juan for March 21. I knew when I booked there was a chance for only 1 bed. there will be 4 of us. I called the hotel directly to put in a request. He said they don't do that and if there is not a room available with 2 double beds when we check in they will not let us stay. Has anyone had that problem. Thanks
