You sadly cannot use the Thermal Suite after. We were just on the Jade and all had massages. We were disappointed that we could not use it.

Is Kadek a female? If so, she was on the ship. :)

He used to be a Butler and got promoted to Assistant Concierge. He was truly the greatest Butler! I was hoping to find him on the Epic when I sail on Sunday.

While there is only one concierge, there are at least two others on the Epic helping the concierge at all times. My husband had most of the contact with the concierge desk a few weeks ago -- I'll check to see who he remembers talking with.

I will soon be 100 days out from my Getaway Cruise in Jan. We are staying in a two bedroom suite in the Haven. I understand that we are allowed to make dining reservations now but what else should I be reserving?

Just heard from my parents. The rest of their Viking Alta vacation did become a bus tour. In their brief email to me , they said that Viking has been putting them up in 5 star hotels and they are eating in wonderful resturants. It sounds like they are being treated well under the circumstances .

Wow, Viking is being so dishonest. As I stated early, my parents are supposed to be on the Atla right now and they we're taken off and taken by bus to Vienna. I have not heard from them again for anymore updates.

My parents are on the Viking Alta. They emailed me to tell me that because of the low river levels, they are going to take a bus to Vienna. They will be there 2 days and then they will see if the water levels get better to have them board another ship or if the cruise will continue by bus. They are so disappointed!

We were on the Pearl last Jan after they cancelled a charter. We booked it a few months prior and had an awesome cruise at a great price.

Our favorite butler of all time was Kadek. Does anyone know what ship he is on now? I heard he was promoted to conceirge.
