  1. I sailed her last week ..... Bottled water was served/poured to us by our waitstaff. We did not ask for it, no tap water.

Tallnthensome, I believe you had the premium beverage package so that’s probably why they brought bottle water to you otherwise they would offer tap water in the MDR.

  2. i had a reservation for the msc divina on 13 may 2017

i have a stateroom oceanview guarantee.

I find that very long to have my cabin assignation

I have found my cabin assignment more than once at the port never been disappointed with the cabin:D

  3. Thank you all for your comments and advised.

We do have our YC cabin # on our reservation and luggage tag, although it show Aurea Experience.

I called MSC and spoke with our PVC and she confirmed that we don't need to worry as long the cabin # is correct, we'll be able to check in with the YC Experience.

We'll keep our finger cross and hope for the best.

  4. We wonder if anyone has had this experience. We upgraded to Yacht Club from Aurea Experience. We just received our e-tickets today and they still show us in Aurea.

I wonder if we will be able to check in as YC and have our luggage delivered promptly as YC members? Has anyone been through this before? Have you upgraded and your tickets still show your old level? Were you able to check in as YC?

Thanks in advance for your comments.

  5. For the divina i just saw what you posted " *Starting Summer 2017, unlimited beverage selection will also be available in all bars and restaurants of the ship according to the drink selection available in the each venue. "

I dont know the date it will startAlso my understanding when i booked was any drink under 8 dollars , so most brands were included in that , again i might be wrong i am new to MSC :)

Summer 2017 star on April 1, 2017. That's what MSC told me whe I called.

  6. Sounds like we should make sure we have dinner clothes in our carry on. I know most lines are lenient about the dress code on embarkation. I just personally don't like wearing shorts into the MDR if I can help it.

We started out this morning. Friends/family to visit on the way.

    Safe travel to Miami.

  7. Thanks. We'll be checking out of the hotel by 11.

When were cabins opened? Thanks to the Match Program I'm Black with MSC.

    Charlie,

Cabins ready by 2:00pm, luggage took much longer we got our after 5:00pm.

I suggest to take a copy of your Black Loyalty Match. We had the experience that our Loyalty Match was not link to our reservation on board. I'm glad I had my papers to show them.

  8. Any recent Divina cruisers know (approximately) what time they start boarding the ship?

This will be my 1st MSC cruise. On the other 5 lines I have cruised they are generally in a hurry to get you on the ship and I've even made it to my cabin by 10:30 on one sailing out of Port Canaveral:p Generally I've found the ships are starting to load by noon unless there are extenuating circumstances.

The e-docs say 2PM just like all other cruises.

    Charlie

    Charlie,

Three weeks ago they were boarding by 12:00.

  9. I checked the prepaid area for my Divina cruise in May. The only thing that mentioned mineral water (or any bottled water) was the MORE-FOR-LESS ESCAPE PASS with 18 coupons for $84.

    Charlie

    Charlie you are correct.

I was able to purchase the water package for my April 9, sailing to Bermuda, but not for my May sailing to the Caribbean.
