Just booked Celebrity Eclipse - Aquaclass Verandah on the Penthouse deck - 7 nights - April 2nd out of Miami - solo - 1,076.78 with prepaid gratuities!!

If anyone's looking for a holiday sailing (I know a single amongst all those families, but I always meet great people) it looks like Eurodam sailing 12/19 isn't bad. The single supplement is 150% and the cheapest rate is for an outside obstructed H category. It's less money than my Carnival Freedom cruise was last year. Since I put down $100. future cruise deposit on a prior sailing I figured I'd hold the space and see if anything else comes up. But I also like the itinerary; 1/2 Moon Cay; Aruba; Curacao (sailing in an out of Pt. Everglades).

Was looking at that cruise also - great rate - but didn't see a roll call set up yet on the ship site?

18 night Holland America on the Rotterdam departing 12/16/09 through 01/04/10 - oceanview - $2,300.00 single occupancy.

omg! I can't believe that I have not found this site, or that if I did there was nothing on it!

I have read much of it. That single suppliment is a bummer usually.

 

I am booked on the Spirit, 10/23/09-11/07/09 and spending 3 days in New Orleans. Finally found someone willing to go. Boy, now that I have found this site, maybe it will be easier to cruise.

 

I can't remember seeing any no single supplements on the cruiseline sites, but maybe I don't know where to look.

 

Do they ever have specials for cruise tours, like to Alaska??

 

Seeing as I live near Chicago, there is always airfare to deal with.

 

Do these consolidators deal in just airfare, or other things. Never looked into that as well. Also, how do you do it?? Thanks.

Hello - also from Chicago (well, Barrington) and cruise FREQUENTLY. Just got back from Asia (solo) and will be cruising again from 07/18 to 08/12 Canada/New English/Greenland/Iceland/Scotland/England and back to Chicago through Amsterdam. Got a good deal as far as good deals go for month long cruises! (I'm in education)

Received 25% single supplement on Maasdam 24 night (Canada/Iceland/Greenland/Scotland) sailing 07/18/09.

Hello everyone - got a single ocean view for total fare of $2,100.00 on the Rotterdam (Holland America) - 12 nights - Baltics and Norwegian fjords. Have been to the Baltics on the Rotterdam before - have to go again :-)

I agree and currently Cunard are offering a 25% load on solo occupancy transatlantic rather than their normal 70%

I can't seem to find the 25% supplement sailings on the Cunard website. Is there a specific one you are referencing?
