We received the email yesterday also. Refund requested 23 March for a cancelled cruise that was to start 22 March. The email said to allow 7 to 10 business days for the refund to fully process.

I got an email from my “personal cruise consultant” offering to help me book a cruise using my future cruise credit. I just replied that I had requested a refund and she didn’t try to get me to book anything.

We have a 10:30 pm flight out of LAX after our cruise. The ship docks at 7:00 am on a Sunday at San Pedro. NCL has a few Los Angeles tour shore excursions, but they drop off at the airport at 2:30 pm. I’m assuming we can’t even check in for our United flight until much closer to the departure time. Anybody have any ideas how to fill time the whole day? Thanks!

We actually had the refund back to our credit card on 13 June, but didn’t get the refund email until 15 June. I submitted for the refund on 23 March. My cruise was supposed to start on 22 March.
